Clean quiet place
We've been in this park for over a year while working in Ponca City. It's not a fancy park, but the landlord's Bonnie & Tim are wonderful people, they keep the park clean, quite & don't allow any trouble makers to stay.
Does not do repairs properly or timely.ncosts higher then should be for the quality of home provided.
