First off they gave us a room with feces coming out of the bottom of the toilet. And they do not clean everyday. They let kids run up and down the halls all night. They decide to vacuum the carpets at 6:00 am. They do not have breakfast and refuse to fix the pool for the last 3 months. They will tell you it’s soon but that’s to get you in the door.nWe also were asked to leave because we parked out job trailer in the same spot for three months until they decided one night they didn’t like it and asked us to pack up. Thanks for being a great host. Not. If I had to leave an honest option, stay at the la Quinta next door.
While staying at this establishment the red haired check inn lady is very unprofessional. They do not allow trailers. They do not have breakfast. No pool, they refuse to fix. They do not clean rooms, especially for long stays. Manger and wife are nice. They are to worried about money to keep up with the place. Do not care about the customer- go to the la quinta
We stayed while the winter storm came though. Nice suite, very clean! Housekeeping came every morning if we needed anything. The husband and wife that work the front desk, very friendly!
I had to make a last minute motel change due to city power outages from ice storms. Comfort Inn got me a room. A little more expensive than I wanted, but room was clean and the staff were awesome. The shower was hot but was more like a gentle rain. Needs a power boost. Overall, good stay.
The bed was comfy (that’s hard to find in a hotel). Everything was clean and fresh. The staff was excellent. We even got to check in early.
