I’ve rented this room for my son for about a month now. Never got a direct price, but was told I was getting a discount because I’m a member. The rate was supposed to be 99 plus tax. Tuned into $115 every week. I rented another room for him on Saturday. Asked about using my points from the previous weeks, they said I only had $7-$8 credit. I told him that was fine to use it. Looked at my account today, and was charged $121. Called them, and asked them if it was just a hold or the actual charge, and was told their rates went up. I will be going elsewhere next time to rent my son a room. Really sad that someone is willing to loose business over $5. Very dishonest place. Anyone that stays here make sure you got it in writing otherwise they will charge what they want to. ud83dudc4eud83cudffb
Everyone here is so wonderful but my husband worked in Ponca for a year and Shawn really made it a home away from home! She’s so kind and would play with our son when we’d drive up there to see my husband and she just made everything 10x better! You couldn’t find a better place to stay when visiting Ponca city or anywhere as hospitable and clean I wish I could give more than five stars because they deserve it!

So overall it was nice, we had the presidential suite and it was very clean. I guess i was expecting something a little more up to date. It didn't wow me for the price, but that could just be me. I'm giving it 4 stars because again clean, staff was nice.
The remodel is excellent! Loved the layout of my room. (321) excellent staff, clean rooms!
