Timbers North Apartments

I’d give it negative stars if I could. Stay away. Far away. The hot water doesn’t even always work here, and when I moved in, my HVAC didn’t work, and the fridge went out within my first month I lost $70 worth of food. Took over a month to fix the hvac and get a new fridge. Not to mention, I’ve heard rumors of bed bags being at the on side laundromat, so I don’t use it anymore. On top of all this, they have it on my lease to where I have to pay $500 if I want to leave before my lease is up. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better place to stay. I will NOT be renewing my lease here. A cardboard box would almost be better.

Great looking apts.. I wonder how old the equipment is...

I feel sorry for the people that have no place to find cheaper rent for the place they have to call home. They should tear the place down. And you have to have renters insurance to live there. I would say a health hazard.

Beautiful property, spacious floorplans, and amazing staff!

It's okay for a starter but needed apartments quick you'd think for a slumlord and what I make I bgg have it the same day....if I got to wait I'll go someplace nicer.
