Had a very terrible time and I just got here. I booked a room for two beds and after driving 10 HOURS, I come to find that they gave me a SINGLE BEDROOM AND I PAID FOR A DOUBLE QUEEN! I called the front desk and they were very rude and decided that they really couldn’t help me. Interesting how that works. DO NOT STAY HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could I would give them negative stars. Respectfully, Damian

If i could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD. I had specifically paid for a room with two queen size beds and when I arrived they forced my family of 4 and I to stay in a room with only one bed. My family was forced to sleep on their disgusting floors because they did not give us the right room I paid for. I called the front desk and ask them to give me the room that I paid for and they told me that they were not able to do that because they gave my room to somebody else, I then asked if they had any rollaway beds that they could lend me so my family didn’t have to sleep on the floor and i got hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the front desk said that the manager Denise was not gonna be in till Monday, I then demanded a corporate number and she hung up on me again.

Older lady desk was EXTREMELY rude threatening to kick us out the second we stepped through the door because there was another group there that we had absolutely nothing to do with was being obnoxious.

Checked into room and had 1 king bed when we reserved 2 queen room. Got room switched and one of the beds had no linen on it. Front desk had to bring linen. Went to dinner, got back to the room and the TV remote didn’t work. I went to the front desk and got new batteries; still didn’t work and they had no solution. Hotel is also old and dated.
