Very courteous & helpful staff. My room keys stopped working & they immediately ran to my room to give me replacements. My keys wouldn't work for the snack/ice area, but that's okay. It was late & I didn't want to trouble them. The entire facility was clean & easy to find. It was quiet & there was a gorgeous mountain range to look at from my building. They had delicious baked cookies in the front office & offered complimentary breakfasts that I unfortunately didn't get to try, but I'm betting it was very generously portioned & tasty. I will say that the price is definitely too much for the room itself & I only chose it because nothing else was available at the time, but I truly do recommend staying here & I would stay again.
Clean rooms, excellent staff, really pretty exterior. One thing to note is that every room is slightly different, but I've enjoyed staying here lots
Pool was nice to look at but unfortunately it hasn't been used in quite some time. It's in violation of electrical code. They should not advertise with pool!. Breakfast is the absolute best of the best. 5🎇 room 5 🎇 really clean 🎇
I am giving Hotel American 5 stars considering the price and the location. This was a pleasant surprise, far surpassing my expectations! The exterior of the hotel and the property looks great. The rooms are nice enough, although nothing spectacular. The made-to-order breakfast was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was helpful and friendly. I will definitely try to stay here again if my travels take me to Tooele.
Never been here before. But it looks like they've done a lot of excellent upgrades.
