I had reservations for August 1- August 8th. My family drove from Los Angeles, when I arrived to check in, she told me my reservations were cancelled by travel, she didn’t say why or try to help me. She shut the door in my face. I booked on hotels.com and received numerous emails with a confirmation number.nnI called hotels.com, they contacted the front desk and she hung up on them twice. The reservations were still valid per hotels.com.nnLuckily I spoke with a great customer service agent who cancelled the booking completely & I was not charged any fees.nnI’ve stayed at Affordable suites every summer for the past 3 years but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Marsha was rude & delivered poor customer service.nnThey will NOT be getting anymore of my money.

I've stayed before. But this particular time the manager was rude. She called me for a check in time and immediately started to give me the run down about calling the police on me. Wanting to know everybody who would be in the room. When I told her it was just me, she insinuated that she would call the cops on me to make them leave.nnThe rooms are clean and spacious, but the front desk staff is too much!

Me and my family stayed here for 2 months and did not have a pleasant experience. The room was clean and in good condition but the manager Mrs MARSHA was over the top annoying and disrespectful instead of making our transition smooth she made it more stressful we were not only worriednAbout finding a place to live but we also had the stress of having a roof over our head & our privacy invaded constantly knocking on our door telling us to move cars back and forth “that certain ppl had assigned parking spots” but that was never mentioned upon check in. She told us multiple times we had to check out one time she said “someone else” had booked our room and we had to check out. (Which made no sense to me why would we get out & someone else go in when we’d nearly been there for two months at that time) When we told her we wanted corporates number she made up some story about us getting a free week and she’d find another room to accommodate us in. Then she Came back saying nvm that the ppl weren’t coming anymore and we could stay but the free week was a misunderstanding. then In two days when I went down to pay she told us again in her words “ I’m going to have to ask that you make this your last week” I honestly didn’t even want to argue with her so I just agreed. But I didn’t even want to finish out the week, we paid for one more day and just checked out and came to another hotel..
