Candlewood Suites Wilson

Me and my kids arrived at candlewood suites in Wilson last night around 10pm. It was a exhausting day and it was late I was ready to get some rest. There was a door in the inside of my room. So I always check everything before I lay down. So as it for later my daughter hear noises so I said maybe we beside elevator or something like that but no it was somebody next to us because it was a conjoin room. I don’t no if they were trying to get in or whatever but I call front desk because at this point am scared but nobody answering I called like 10 times until I finally called the police. Police got here that’s when they answer the phone. But the person next door was trying to see if his door was lock because he had a door in his room also. But with so much going on at these rooms I was unable to sleep well even though they move the person next door I felt unsafe. They refunded me my money back but it ruin me and kids weekend then they didn’t get the reservation right because we suppose to have been here two nights. Be careful when u come here check all doors. And I found out that the door that was conjoin was broken

Stayed here over the weekend. Clean and spacious rooms. Digital check in and check out really helped feel secured in this time of Covid. The front desk staff was very busy but still very efficient.

The room was clean. The manager and staff was very accommodating. We were waiting on a baby to be born so it was a day to day experience. The manager gave us a great rate and as we extended one day at a time we got to keep the same room and same rate.

Friendly staff, but the hotel is in rough shape. The room was far from clean, he flooring is quite damaged, the toilet barely flushes, the ac barely works, and some of the utensils were rusty. This felt like quite a depressing place when so far from home. The hotel is by far the worst quality IHG property I have ever stayed at. I was going to stay for almost three weeks, but I ended up switching hotels after 5 days. If the photos of the rooms actually reflected the state they are in, I am sure the frequency of booking would lessen.nnP.S I don't need a response from the owner.

The room was beautiful and the bed slept great. I really enjoyed my stay.
