Hampton Inn Wilson Downtown

I Noticed two issues. The toilet in our room would run water every few minutes. So a slight repair may be needed. Although there was hand sanitizer placed in good locations they were empty. In any case we had a pleasant stay and will return frequently to Wilson.

This was the noisiest room we have ever stayed in! The ac unit cycled on and off continuously and there was music in the parking lot until 230 am!nBreakfast lady was sweet

Clean room, bed and pillow comfortable, easy and helpful desk checkin and out, special kudos to Elena at the breakfast. She was extremely kind and helpful and did all she could to make guests happy! She really cared and it showed, helping people with the waffle iron, answering questions, and not abruptly shutting down at breakfast closing but instead being patient and helpful to stragglers and late comers. Her performance is extraordinary and she should be recognized by management for the great customer service. She is a role model for others at other Hampton Inns.nPs- hotel is in great location, be sure to visit the Vollis Simpson whirligig park and some of the craft, jewelry and art shops!

Very clean rooms. Well decorated. Television is a recent model with a sleek design. Air quality is inoffensive, and measures were taken to protect against COVID-19. Wish there was more lighting, but otherwise a solid experience. Will definitely recommend to my co-workers.
