Sleep Inn Boone University Area

Not a comfortable sleep experience you would expect.nnRoom/ Bed was not clean with tiny Ash particles spread all over & left on bed when I entered.nnBlanket/Comforter was very thin. With no lining,nnroom felt cold in winter with heater set on full..nnAlso smell inside room is pungent. not bearable.nnOverall not cozy or comfortable experience better skip. Would prefer Quality Inn next to it. Which is cheaper, really clean & better service.

Appealing in LOOKS ONLY!... The free WiFi signal comes in and out. The beds are quite uncomfortable and my head of the bed is higher than the foot end. AC works great though. We can hear people in the rooms above and next door. Not enough parking

Booked a regular king room. Was assigned a handicap room that did not have any of the amenities shown on the reservation (sofa, tub, counter space in bathroom). The front desk team was really nice and said there was nothing they could do. That the system may have just assigned me this room since it was the last one. They asked the GM to come talk with us but GM was one a call for ~30 minutes or so. Since there were not other options in the area we stuck it out but overall just disappointed.

Stayed here on work trip and had a really bad experience. Stayed on the the second floor and every night around 9:30 - 10pm is when the third floor would get noisy. Sounded like there was a fight directly above my room. Contacted front desk but that did nothing. The problem persisted for three nights. So I paid a visit to my 3rd floor neighbor. The 5 men sleeping in the room didn't speak English and I didn't speak Spanish so there went that. Upon further inspection the next day the whole third floor is full of construction workers, with families trying to sleep under their drunken stupers every night. I spoke with other guest on the 2nd floor and the situation was the same for them. Will not be back nor my company.

The staff overbooked the hotel. We were supposed to have 2 queens for 4 people; but instead we got a king and a tiny pull-out couch. When we asked for sheets and pillows for the couch, they gave us oversized sheets, and the only pillow they had left. They were going to charge us a higher price had we not asked about the price differential with the new room. One of our group had to sleep on the floor. The bathroom was sub-par. The shower was in bad shape as well. I would not recommend staying here.
