Super 8 by Wyndham Boone NC

The staff made me feel so comfortable and every time I spoke with one of them on the phone in my room, they would have the kindest voice and they were always prompt. The service was excellent and the rooms were so clean upon arrival. The commentary breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend for anyone to stay there. A friendly, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Thanks to all of you! Melissa Ferguson

It was all right but the bathrooms were not I am an average sized person about 6 ft 2 and when I was in the bathroom taking a shower I almost hit my head on the ceiling the rest of the hotel room was fine but the bathrooms for some reason were super short also the mattresses were very hard but it's left the five people that I had in my family perfectly fine I do have to warn tall people to be careful in the bathroom

Our first night at the hotel was fine - easy check-in, clean room, all the usual amenities, despite the obvious busyness of construction on half the building. However, we had some issues booking our second night through a third party website and arriving late at night (early in the morning) to a very grumpy attendant, and so we stayed at a friend's house instead. While our reservation had been cancelled through the hotel system, it was a fight to get a refund through the 3rd party, so I talked with the manager Caitlyn at Super 8, and she was GREAT! She was extremely apologetic about the service and issues, even though it wasn't directly her fault, and even went and called the 3rd party herself to ensure the refund was processed. So even though there were some bumps in the road, the hotel did a great job taking care of us, and we would stay there again!

My dogs were happy and so was I:) Nice, clean room. Fridge, microwave, sack breakfast in the am, super sweet employees... I hope to come back again when my daughter is old enough to be carried on my shoulders:)
