Comfort Inn Raleigh Midtown

I'm currently staying at this location. When I called to book my reservation I spoke with Anastasia. Extremely kind, friendly, professional and understanding. I'm in town for surgery. I explained to her that I will be recovering from surgery. That I'm diabetic and need to eat as healthy as possible. And to do so I need a microwave which the rooms do not have. She said they do have some for events and would have one in my room. Tonight when I checked in the microwave was in our room. Excellent customer service. Our room is perfect. Extremely clean. And the desk clerk tonight was very professional and friendly as well. I'm looking forward to the rest of our stay.

Really great establishment, staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Ended up staying an entire month for work unexpectedly and the staff kept me in the same room with no hassle. Great area right across from shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable and clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Only problem was that the TV wouldn’t turn on. The front desk offered to switch us to a different room, but we were too tired to bother. Everything else was lovely. I’ll definitely stay again.

We stay here when we have to go to the nearby hospital for procedures that require us to stay overnight. Always clean. Always feel safe. The staff is helpful and professional. Beds and pillows are comfortable making for a good night's sleep.

Extremely clean hotel! Everything is clean and brand new. Absolutely loved the back area near the pool, it's very relaxing and an overall nice chill spot. I wish the pool would have been open, I understand COVID is going on but most hotels do have the pool open so that was disappointing. They did make up for it by attempting to serve a hot breakfast. Breakfast wasn't the typical buffet style but they did give some eggs, bacon, and fresh orange juice. That was pretty thoughtful. The hotel is also in a very good location, all of our destinations were within in 15minutes away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely return.
