Extended Stay America - Raleigh - Midtown

This is a clean hotel with a very capable, customer driven and attentive manager. The afternoon staff are equally polite and knowledgeable.nnThere seemed to be a lot of families here, yet you could expect peace and quiet at an appropriate hour. Even though there was large number rod people, everyone seemed to be nice and polite. Regardless of the hours I kept, dictated by my job, there was a smiling face at the desk and clean common areas throughout the hotel.

This could be a very respectable business if the front desk employees would The occupants of the hotel. And does myself off the chain and roaches are soon to follow. Mrs. Kathy is doing a remarkable job of cleaning up the place but they're still a whole lot of flaws. I'd hear a little over 8 months and that has been some good changes so far since Mrs.Kathy. It still needs work

Checked in on 12-23-2020 and was given room 130 and 311. We're in transition so upon returning to bring our things into the two rooms and were told by Bree at the front desk that they changed our rooms from the two that we were given keys for. Then she says we were never assigned those two rooms. But just two days ago we went into those two rooms. We still have the key holders that we were given by Qua when we checked in on 12-23-2020. I medically NEED the ground floor. I have two pieces of medical equipment that are very sensitive and once they get jilted in the elevator and the technicians have to come out and repair them. I do not have the money to pay out of pocket for the needed recalibration of the two machines. I'm in a wheelchair and can't walk at all. I have Multiple Myeloma Cancer and Multiple Sclerosis and my prescription cost make it so hard for us financially. So to make it where we're guest of the hotel but only have one room and now I'm literally outside with the other half of my family is just so unreal. How did this happen?

Smelled old and smokey. Rooms looked cleaned but didn't feel clean. The covers wasn't bright white looked dingy. Heat didn't work all that great, room wouldn't get warm. I had booked three rooms after we got our key and open the door one of the rooms was occupied. (How embarrassing).

Police are ALWAYS here. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel, that is definitely not the truth! Rooms aren't cleaned on a regular, nice invade arms. Managementdoesn'tcare as long as bill is paid.. so many things that could be said about this place some call HOME ud83eudd7a and just for that reason ima leave this review right here...
