La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Downtown North

Very clean and quiet facility. The staff are friendly and hospitable. There was a safety issue with an external door not locking appropriately. I reported it and it was immediately repaired.nnAn American style breakfast is provided daily and it was actually pretty good. It is conveniently located off of Capital Boulevard and we we able to access areas of interest in a relatively short period of time.nnWe enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Not what I expected when I selected the superior suite the space was small minimal cleaning was done found a used mask in seat cushions, decor was nice and it's saving grace was the jetted tub, had to ask for linens for sofa bed which turned out to be a one size fits all make it work sheet set an 10 pillow cases no pillows or blanket.ud83eudd37ud83cudfff‍♀ufe0f

Smelled like weed on 3rd floor. Terrible customer service at front desk not friendly at all. Elevator didn't work, Bathroom door wouldn't shut, Toilet wouldn't flush, No hot water for shower, Very loud people on floor making it impossible to sleep, breakfast was terrible but the guy serving it was nice. Will not be returning... this was the worst La Quinta we have ever visited. Very disappointed!

Really nice room. Staff was very nice. We will stay here again. The shower had real good pressure and plenty of warm water. Plenty of pillows to choose from.

The hotel was great and very clean. The r[m was spacious and loved the tub.
