Rosenberry Rooms

I HATE writing reviews like this...I ordered two baby name plaques (painted wooden boards) as hopefully, Christmas gifts November 17, 2017. Today is February 7, 2018. Every time I contact them, they make no attempt at amends. Apparently they employ the slowest artists on the planet. I tried to cancel the order since it was taking so long and they told me I could not. I could have ordered from another company and had them by Christmas as I had originally hoped. So no baby name plaques yet, and they said it will be a few more weeks. I asked what they were going to DO about this terrible service...and I have had no response yet. I could not recommend this company. I don't know what is going on but good timely business with customer service, does not seem to be their priority. Very odd.

If I could add more stars, I would. I ordered a beautiful loft bed set for my son's newly remodeled room. When it came we weren't ready to set it up yet so we put it in the garage, still boxed. When it came time to set it up, we opened one of the boxes and saw that a piece was damaged. We were told when we got the set that we needed to inspect it for damage immediately as Rosenberry only had 30 days to file a claim with the shipper. Since the boxes didn't appear to have any external damage and we didn't want to store it un-boxed, we left everything boxed. Imagine our surprise when we opened it. I contacted the company thinking they probably wouldn't do anything for me since I should have inspected it. Boy was I wrong! After exchanging a few emails and several personal phone calls, they are replacing the piece free of charge. We are elated! I'm not sure what all the negative comments regarding their customer service are about because they went above and beyond to help us including giving us a personal cell phone number. They are an incredible company and I would most definitely order from them again!

Our Daughter feels like she lives in a fairytale room. A smile on her face brightens our day! Great customer service and follow up. We will be buying more with Rosenberry Rooms!

I ordered a Cadillac wall decal and for my nephew and he loved it. It was huge and looked real cool in his bedroom. I was very pleased with the customer service, as I changed the order so I could customize the car with my nephew's name, and they were able to do it without any problems. I recommend these decals if you want an easy and less permanent way to jazz up a room.

I just bought a bison quilt as a gift. It arrived in 3 days and the muslin cotton is super soft. Perfect for their baby boy! Thanks Rosenberry Rooms!
