This is by far the BEST hotel experience that we've had in the last 3 years while trying different treatments at cancer instutes in the United States. Our experience with the two owners has been the most warm, inviting,personable and honest that we've ever had in the last three years. Our room smelled so fresh and inviting. It was clean the mattress was so comfortable. The housekeepers are so easy to approach. If you're ever searching for a place that feels like a home away from home,well this is your place. Just got in from town checked in around 8:45 went to go get food once I entered the room the door was broken the lock does not work that bathroom is covered in black mold remind you I’m 8 weeks pregnant. I went to the front office and ask could I switch my room I was told no and not able to switch rooms ! I was then called a filthy black chick this is not acceptable
