Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh North

No linens for the sleeper sofa bed. Front desk said they were out and housekeeping wouldn’t be back until the next morning. I finally got them to take some from another room that was unoccupied. Starting to look pretty shabby all around. Plumbing is bad. Their solution is to always have us change rooms. We’ve stayed several times over the years and it gets shabbier every year. Only positive is it’s very close to our family.

On point! Our room was clean, it was like a little apartment. The bed was soft, the bedroom had a clean walk-in shower. The person at the front desk was nice and she help with everything that we needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was ok. Man look just spend the extra money and get a good hotel. There's some the some things you don't skimp and comfortable sleep is one of them

Great hotel very beautiful, but front desk needs to communicate better with their coworkers and housekeeping a little better. Requested for room to be clean and it hasnt been in days very upsetting

Had to request body lotion at the desk. Otherwise great bed, very very clean, large comfortable room, great price.
