WoodSpring Suites Raleigh Northeast Wake Forest

I’ve been staying here with my boyfriend for over 2 months and I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a hotel before. The staff is amazing. Abby is the most friendly, caring, and helpful person I’ve ever met and she really does go above and beyond to help out. Justin is also amazing. He does everything he can to make sure we are satisfied, comfortable, and have everything we need. The rooms are clean and the location is very convenient. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking for somewhere to stay because you will be greeted with a smile and receive amazing service ud83dude03

I been staying here at this hotel for 2 months now and if I have to say it’s been the best experience I have had with a hotel. The manager Abby is great she’s kind sweet and understanding as well as Justin who goes above and beyond to assure that we and the guests are happy and comfortable. Justin also make sure things get done if you come to him with a issue. I just like to say thanks and it’s good to know that there are people out here that can set aside there problems to try to understand yours and help as much as they can

Been here since June. Jeanita has always made things easy and feel at home. Very professional but has made me and my family feel like her family. Abby always sweet and helpful. All staff seem to never forget who you are which feels great! Never had a problem with my room but I'm always asked if anything needs to be done to the room and if I need supplies for bathroom or trash cans. This is a great place for transitioning to new home or traveling for business.

OK: Positives first. WoodSpring Suites is a place that inexpensive and gives discounts for extended stay. The room includes a refrigerator, microwave, and a 2 burner hot plate. The staff Quite possibly the worst cared for property I have visited. This is definitely a no frills place! No soap, shampoo, blow dryer and not even a plug for the bath tub. Luckily I brought all that I needed for a 2 night stay.nnLiked · The location was good. It was close to most things that we wanted to visit. We didn't stay downtown, but the area was between Raleigh and Durha. The staff was very friendly and so were the guests that we encountered. There is a Sheetz right out front to fill up our gas tanks or grab snacks.nnDisliked · The 1st thing I noticed in the room was the smell. It was non smoking but smelled like an ash tray. We had to buy air freshener specifically for smoke odor elimination. There was a pink sticky toddler handprint just over the bed that showed lack of proper cleaning. This is definitely no frills. No hand soap or any complimentary toiletries are included. The carpets were stained and needed replacing. The baseboards were warped and coming off the wall. There was a fist hole in the bathroom door and the cabinet was missing a door. The bathtub didn't even have a plug.

This place is kind of horrifying. The room smells terrible, it’s dirty and wasn’t even vacuumed, there’s grease and dirt smears on the walls and the bathroom door doesn’t close because it looks like someone kicked it in... The WiFi doesn’t really work either. We only just arrived and we’re planning on cancelling tomorrow and getting the heck out of here.
