Hampton Inn Raleigh-Capital Blvd. North

The only reason I gave it an one is because I had to put something. Me and my husband rented a room because we didn't have power & wanted a warm place to sleep. It was horrible!! The worse place we have ever stayed. The group of people in the room across from us had music blasting until 4am, fussing, slamming doors, and smoking marijuana all night long. We weren't able to get any sleep. I feel like for $151 something should have been done about the problem.It was also signs stating no smoking. Its a shame to spend that amount of money and didn't benefit us any. A normal respectful company wouldn't have even allowed that mess. I feel like they should refund at least half of my money back. I will NEVER stay there again!!

The night manager was very polite and helpful. She made the check in process quick and easy. It took less than 5 minutes to check in. The room was very clean. Parking was easy. An all around good stay. Even if it was just for one night.

Good location but the hotel is in need of a renovation. Floors were covered with mud from construction workers, the milk at breakfast expired 2 days prior and the room was worn. Not what I expect from a Hilton/Hampton property. Now would be a great time to close for renovations.

We moved from Florida to Raleigh and we needed a pet friendly place to accommodate us, so we chose Hampton. All members of the staff we worked with were very polite and accommodating to our requests and the check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. This made for a very easy, and relaxing transition after a long, long, looonggg day of travel. The area was quiet as well; we heard barely any traffic noise save for a couple of loud motorbikes. Highly recommend a stay here!

Checked in, went to our room, and as soon as we closed the door there was a roach crawling on the door. After a long drive we were tired and didn’t expect that. So, I started looking for other hotels in the area. While doing so, there was another roach that was going under the bed. As soon as we saw that, we went back down to the front desk and told them about the incident and that we just couldn’t stay there. We didn’t get offered a refund or even an apology. Checked in and out within 10 minutes. Definitely do not recommend. However, check out the Courtyard by Marriot, right down the road! Super friendly and very clean!! :)
