Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh North/Triangle Town Center

The manager and assistant manager, Natasha and Fiona, were very kind to us. Our room was very clean. The king bed was extremely comfortable with excellent pillows. We will definitely stay again in the future.

I scheduled a tour with The Director of Sales and Marketing because I was looking for a hotel for my friends and I to spend a weekend together since we’ve been cooped inside the house since the pandemic began. After touring the Courtyard Raleigh North, I can say with the utmost confidence that they are making their guests’ safety a priority. To begin with, they place hand sanitizer packages in every guest bathroom. The Director also informed me that no one enters your room during your entire stay. Instead, you have the option of having your items placed at your door in a plastic bag or you can pick them up at the front desk. Furthermore, the hotel has recently implemented an extra safety precaution which allows you to scan the QR code from the tv so you can use your personal phone as a tv remote. Simply put, there’s no need to touch the tv remote at all during your entire stay. The most impressive part of my tour was when I observed the General Manager using a disinfecting machine to sanitize the hotel lobby. He also uses the same device to sanitize each and every guest room. After touring the Courtyard Marriott Raleigh North, I didn’t even bother visiting any other hotels. Instead, I contacted my friends and assured them that I found the perfect location for our weekend getaway. In closing, thank you, Marriott, for making your guests’ safety and health a priority. In the future, I will encourage my colleagues to stay at this hotel when they visit the Raleigh area.

Good Clean Hotel. I really liked that they offer Netflix App on the TV..

Very pleasant place to stay..Second time checking in and every time I was able to checking in early. Clean and close to everything

Terrible experience, SPECIFICALLY reserved a balcony room king single, checked in NO BALCONY ROOM, none available to move us to. Hotel needs huge management changes as hotel is run down, Bistro closed and no real food offered, just overpriced snacks, no atm on site, indoor pool back deck fire place LOOKED nice but hotel was extremely crowded and with social distancing we didn’t even get to enjoy either.nnOur ice machine on 4th floor was broken also NO VENDING and you have to trech down to the first floor on the slowest elevator. Room was clean and fairly stocked with extra amenities I pre requested but no trash bags in cans, ice bucket, no toilet paper and 2 Kleenex in a box...just completely unhappy with the entire stay.nnWhen I voiced my concerns to management they were very blunt about refusing to offer ANY compensation, nothing so I’ve followed up with Marriott directly.... in a great shopping center with lots of shops & restaurants galore , wheel chair accessible rooms parking and free on site parking but would recommend finding a different place to stay...
