Fairfield Inn & Suites Raleigh Capital Blvd./I-540

Wonderful stay! We booked this hotel during Thanksgiving and wanted to keep our distance from family to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Only a 12 minute drive from family. Check-In was super safe and easy! We had our dog, Sophie, with us and were placed on the first floor next to a side exit. Perfect for us! Our room somehow forgot pillows. I went to the front desk and got fresh ones right away. Definitely, be staying again when we visit for Christmas!

I loved my stay here! I live in Raleigh but needed a couple of quiet days to get some work done after flying back into town. I'd booked a room near the airport in a comparably priced hotel (Cambria), but that room wasn't nearly as clean, nice, or comfortable as the one at Fairfield. The noise at Cambria was off the charts (loud occupants of rooms on both sides, NOT the airplane noise, which doesn't bother me), so I made the change to Fairfield Inn. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The workspace was perfect. The bathroom was spotless, and I really enjoyed the walk-in shower. I will definitely book here again!

I have mix feeling about this review. Let me explain, The first room we went to had an terrible odor and upon telling the staff member who check us in, he took immediate action, move us to another room and upgraded our room. I would have given the hotel a 4 star, but because the staff member took swift action and change us to another room. I decided to give the hotel a 5 star. Great Job.

The hotel staff was excellent. The location is perfect and its kept like new. They did a great job with corona proof breakfast. We had a small issue and the manager gave us Starbucks giftcards to make up for it. Kudos on the great customer service Gary Orswell!! Marriott is only doing cleaning on request so be very clear about your expectations.

I was satisfied with my room at the Fairfield. I was greeted with a smile when I walked through the door. My check in was fast I would definitely stay here again.
