Went in to get a new chain and rear cassette, Sam was kind enough to let me know the cassette I had in mind wasn't the most compatible with my bike but offered to go through with the change with the use of an adapter, though he did caution me to help manage my expectation of the outcome. I took his professional advice and went with what would work best on my bike. Great service, no complaints. Would definitely go of my way to come back to All Star Bike Shops again.

This bike shop has been amazing to work with, especially during this pandemic. It seems a lot of people caught the cycling bug when we were told to isolate so they jammed into the bicycle shops to buy all the equipment and bicycles they needed -- which is fabulous!nnPeople should understand that they aren't All Star's only customers during this time.nnAt any rate, I have only ever had great experiences in this store. The staff is incredibly helpful, warm, engaging and very knowledgeable. I have spoken with Will a few times and the guy is a vessel of cycling knowledge. He knows the inventory like the back of his hand and always directs me to everything I need for my bicycle. He's always been very easy to work with, as well as all the other staff.nnI highly recommend this store for all your cycling needs.

Called them asking about race level tires for my race wheels. Spoke with Will and he was beyond helpful. He knew so much about tires and how to make me a safer and more efficient rider. Very happy with my experience over the phone. Went in. Got the tires and my bike is rolling like new. Shop is very clean and organized even with the little product left. Very great crew and staff. 100% recommend.

I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They have always been helpful and polite. I have been going to them for parts, supplies, and repairs for almost 10 years. I've never had one complaint. A year ago I went in to look at bikes. They were very accommodating. I ended up buying a brand that they didn't sell. I took that bike back to the to trim the steerer tube and for a later repair. They were more than happy to do it even though I bought the bike from someone else.
