Karl was super friendly and helpful finding the right bike for my wife. Although with the shortage of bikes, they didn’t have the desired model. he was able to point us to a store in North Carolina that fortunately did have one. Quite the day getting it but super appreciate the outstanding customer service! Would have bought from here if they had it but understanding of the circumstances and appreciate them pointing me in the direction I needed to go to get it.

Brought my bike in with a broken rear derailleur. After a quick inspection we found brakes were shot and bike in need of a major tune. Had everything done in a week as promised and the bike literally looked brand new when they rolled it out. Very pleased. Ready to ride all summer!

Quick attention as I came through the door. Immediate help by Lawrence with my estimate for repairs. Gave me plenty of time and space to make decision without pressure. Was true to estimate and turnaround time for repair. Lawrence knew his stuff about the bike- a 1997 Specialized Sirrus. Love discovering friendly customer service done right!

Great bike quality. We’ve had 4 Trek bikes - growing kids make for quick bike upgrades! I also got myself a bike for the first time in 20+ years. The service is always excellent- fast and well done!

Sales and service staff are exceptional. No reason to shop anywhere else. They answered every question I had when purchasing my newest bike and more. Now they are giving me a much needed service on my old one.
