InTown Suites Extended Stay Matthews NC - Indian Trail

Gotta give it 3 stars. 380 a week for a room might be typical.. But still expensive for The place of poor quality. Holes in the walls and floors. Stained shower and bathroom. Ceiling falls apart in some places. Loud obnoxious people stomping all hours of the day. I would not recommend going here.

Customer service front desk lady ( i apologize i forgot her name) is fantastic! So helpful and a true joy to be around. The room upgrades are great. Plenty of space! This location beats matthews and Sardis hands down!!

Rooms were very nice and staff was outgoing friendly and very efficient.. covid safe.. Thank y'all my 2 mths there was home-like

Satisfied with the prices, only thing is I get improved the size of the room

It's dirty smells like cigarette the walls are yellow
