Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Albemarle

Excellent service, super nice staff, very helpful when I had some technical difficulties in the middle of the night, even arranging a change of rooms just to accommodate for Wi-Fi troubles. The service really went a long way.nThe rooms themselves are tidy and clean. Nice and quiet.nThe owner Jae is also very personable. I really enjoyed interacting about his hobbies, he's clearly passionate and interesting to listen to. Ask him about singing! So cool.nnAlso good area, because all around are different places to eat and shop groceries.nWould highly recommend staying.

Very helpful and the staff was very pleasant, the rates are very affordable and our room was very spacious, our bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay and next time we're in the area we will be staying here again. Thank u to the owner and staff of America's bestnvalue inn.

The people who wrote these reviews must of stayed at a different place than I stayed. My room was not up to par. Not spacious or clean. The smoke detector was even torn off the celling and thrown in a draw. The sheets were however clean but had holes from cigarettes burns. The bed spreads were stained and looked dirty. I'm glad I travel with my own blanket. I went down to get coffee in the am. The owner told me they didn't make coffee. I told him I couldn't believe that. He informed me this wasn't a five star hotel. I definitely have learn my lesson I will never lay eyes on this place again. Americas Best was my Americas worst!! Definitely not a two star in my book. I can understand not having coffee in the lobby because of Covid 19 .However it could of been provided in the room.

We stayed for three days and my girlfriend started getting bit by bedbugs we told them about it and the refused to do anything about the situation. I do not suggested staying here unless you want a bedbug problem.
