I travel frequently for work & have an array of experiences. When I am greeted in a welcoming manner, it makes all the difference.nnNot only was the front desk guy welcoming & professional, but this hotel has streamlined the check-in process. For me, this was a welcomed relief.nnSeveral hotels I've stayed at for work throughout the pandemic have the most unprofessional, rude staff & I have to mentally prepare for every time I check in to a new one. If it's stressful for me, I imagine others have similar experiences.nnIn any case, not only was the front desk attendant one of the most professional I've had the pleasure of meeting, but this hotel's breakfast offerings is exceptional. It's the same offerings as usual, and they've made it easy for guests to select while keeping with pandemic safety precautions. Some hotels don't offer anything w/the explanation that it's required during the pandemic. Um, guests know when you're lying!nnMy room was clean as well.nnHighly recommend this hotel. Keep up the great work!

Nicest Holiday Inn I've ever been to! The woman at the front desk was so kind and accommodating, I believe her name was Carol. She helped us get a room that was more suited for our needs and had everything brought up that we needed. Rooms were very clean as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was superb! Paula served it to us nice and hot every morning of our stay. All around great place to stay! Don't waste your money on any other hotel in this town, nothing compares to this one!

The room was very clean and beds very comfortable and the staff was very excellent and also I enjoyed getting up eating breakfast every morning
