Quality Inn Reidsville Hwy 29

Booked this morning online. Showed up and got the key to the room. Open up the room door and the beds aren’t made, liquor bottles everywhere. It either hadn’t been cleaned or someone was staying in there. Told the front desk and she said there were no more rooms, they had nothing to give us. It was 11:30 at night, everything in the area is completely booked for the race. Wasn’t the receptionist’s fault, she was overwhelmed. Just really terrible management

Amazing choice hotel, the rooms are completely RENOVATED. The new management is on point and very friendly. I recommend staying at this hotel if you are especially working in the area, because they got special commercial rates. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Everything was great as you would expect from a stay at a hotel. Except for two things that I found that I didn't like; the towels heavily stained, and the heavy traffic place because of the pilot gas station truck stop across the street

Wife got bit by bed bugs at 4am in the morning. We talk to front desk. They were very nice. The manager the next day was very rude. I took pictures and showed him the bugs in the room. He only offer 10 percent of my money back. I told him to keep it and get someone in there to get them bed bugs out them rooms. It was room 123 on the backside.
