Budget Inn Madison

I've stayed 2 times and 1st time the people were very rude. I paid for 5 people to stay and only had two sets of towels. Called to get enough towels and thought they'd bring them to the room...They did not ..so I had to drive up to the office to get supplies. While getting the additional towel the lady said I'll be counting them before you check out. I rent a room for myself my 2 grandchildren and a couple that work for us. Really at this point I should have taken our business elsewhere. But by the end of 5he day..im too tired to go around looking for better service. So I stayed again..This time we brought our own towels. And different people waited on us. However both rooms had very firm mattresses. I've been in Customer Service most of my life and would never let a customer feel like they were a criminal...let alone the towels we low quality....just felt any towels would be better than none. Lesson learnt...bring your own towels.

I have stayed at this motel several times over several years when in the area. Always Very clean room, decent price, always quite clean, never had a single reason to complain. No, the front desk clerks were never lovey-doveyl but I never expected them to treat me like their long lost relative They always said thank you, come back, and such but I never expected them to get overly excited about my being there

At a time where i was about to lose hope. . ive been to a bunch off diffrent hotels but this .one had the beat customer service i could ever ask for . shout out to the front desk. Thanks again

Cockroaches! They crawled on me all night. Miserable!

Dirtiest hotel in existence, roach infested rooms with burn holes in the linen. Didnt stay long enough to see if there was bedbugs. But most likely there is judging by the rooms.nnWarning, keep far away. Go 25 miles down the road to the airport where the good hotels are thats cheaper/same price.
