Best Western Lumberton

Quite a pleasant experience. Our reservations and front desk clerk, Claudia, was super friendly and helpful. She was giving all the information needed before the questions even came out. The room attendant saw us checking in and made a point to stop and ask if everything was acceptable with our room. Room was clean, price was reasonable. We will stay again when needed.

Conveniently located on I95 for an overnight stop, driving North from Florida. Comfortable beds for a good rest. Plenty of towels, soap and everything else you need to start afresh a new day. The place is clean, I got the second floor above the check-in office. Surprisingly large, living room with desk and large TV, the bedroom is separated from the living area and has a TV as well.There is a pool in case you’re traveling with kids or have time for sunbathing. The clerk was nice and helpful. She recommended an Italian restaurant in town about 4 miles from the hotel, excellent recommendation, nice town with friendly people. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very attentive. The level of service was very good. Unfortunately, it is located next to a busy shopping area where anyone can easily walk on the property. As soon as I pulled up outside of my room someone was right there asking me for money. The grab and go breakfast was a nice snack to get your morning started. The hotel is a bit dated and for the accommodations you can get more for your money going somewhere else in town. There are a lot of hotels in Lumberton.

Rooms are Extremely Clean and large... great staff, good location, and many places to eat and shop within walking distance. They are Covid Clean and Conscious, and although breakfast is cancelled, they offer a grab and go bag in the AM, which we loved. I highly recommend this as an overnight spot. We travel from NJ to FL back and forth...this will always be on our overnight spot from now on. Thank you Best Western Staff !!

I had stayed here two years ago and had given it a good review. We just stayed here on Sat Nov 14th and it was bad. A pickup from Texas had 3 men with a tailgate barbeque and a truck bed full of empty beer cans. Lumberton had very loud cycles, trucks and cars racing around until well after midnight. The morning desk person was bothered when I asked for a to go bag for breakfast. No coffee available, only the package stuff in the room which was terrible.nnStay someplace else.
