Comfort Suites

The room is fine but this is the second time I have staid here and it will be the last. Internet is poor at best, could only connect one device and it took us a good 15 minutes. I should have remembered from my last stay a year ago.

We stayed here with our dog for one night whilst traveling through NC. The room was clean and very comfy. The location is OK. It’s very close to the highway, but not much is around to do or see. We ate at the Outback restaurant next door. The staff were awful and were very unknowledgeable. Our access keys didn’t work and they couldn’t fix them for hours, and we kept getting locked out of the building. The morning coffee display was very basic too. It was a comfortable but average stay.

Great location. Plenty of great eating places. Shopping slip within walking distance.

Based on the reviews we decided to stay here on 1/22/21. Hotel was decent, however rooms have zero sound insulation. The room we stayed in was room 128 on the first floor at the end of the hallway near a side entrance. Starting at 5am you will not be able to sleep as there will be doors slamming from the stairwell and side exit.

Customer service was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean... only reason for 4 stars was the room had a slight pet odor due to it being a ground floor room and apparently those are usually dedicated for guest with pets as we were informed at check in... we were offered a another room but we needed a ground floor room. However the smell was very faint and not too bothersome to my family.
