Very dissatisfied , we have been having financial problems and December right before Christmas we paid some on the rent and he told us not to worry about it since it was Christmas . Okay great cool ! Come January I was robbed of my money wallet etc. And asked him if he would come by the house so we could explain what was going on and we're gonna let him know we could have it the beginning of Feb. Well no text , call and didn't come by just COMPLETELY ignored us. Then 2 weeks later we're being sued for 2 months of rent!!! We didnt owe 2 months of rent we were only late in January. This landlord is HORRIBLE!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST MOVING OUT HERE . If Your not on drugs , or family you might as well look somewhere else. Remind you were a family of 3 drama free , very clean , and respectful! They have poor customer service!!

The elderly landlord has an unwarranted fatphobia. When he was showing me a place I was interested in renting when we proceeded to the bathroom; where he stood on the tub and proclaimed that he'd just fixed it and was I sure I could fit in it. Not only that, but I'd find out he was charging me $100 more than the rest of the tenants. He had such an obsession with my body weight, asking how much I weighed and then asked personal questions. It was truly uncomfortable, I wouldn't recommend renting from him unless it under new ownership. If I could rate it lower I would​.

Very rude. Hung up on me as i was trying to explain that 4 people are in 2 pairs in my family. So were a couple but said he wouldnt rent to 4 ppl anyways.

He is so rude DOESNT LIKE KIDS....AND HE JUSTnHUNG UP ON ME DIDNT EVEN EXPLAIN WHY‼ufe0f
