Quality Inn North

The staff where very helpful and friendly. The room furniture had issues. The refrigerator cabinet trim piece along the floor came off when just touched it. It evidently was that way for some time. It doesn't take much to put some clear caulk on it and call it a day.

This is definitely an older hotel and it shows. The bathroom wasn't very clean which makes me think the rest of the room may not have been cleaned thoroughly. There was trash from a previous guest in the room when we arrived. We would not have stayed except for the fact the room was non refundable and I was very tired.

I only put one star since I was unable to stay. I realize that I showed up very early in the morning (approx 2am) and that comes with a burden on the employees working at the counter when it is slow. But there is a line and it was crossed. The lady behind the counter almost seemed bothered that I showed up to purchase a night there. I asked for the prices and she was knowledgeable and I agreed to pay for the night. However while putting my info into the computer, SHE FELL ASLEEP! I rang the bell after noticing to wake her up and she then stayed up for not even another minute before falling asleep AGAIN. After I woke her up again, she asked if I needed help like she didn't even recognize me. But silver lining is the Econo Lodge a block away is cheaper and has nicer staff. I strongly suggest going there instead.

Staff is very friendly and respectful. Nice area. No problem with the location.

No clean towels. Garbage not emptied from before we came. One soap in a jacket. One used soap. Linens clean, no bugs in bed. We are exhausted and no refund on room. Stayed but never in a Quality Inn again. The room wasn't even cheap. Too tired to take pictures of unclean floors. Already had to wipe up god knows what from bathroom floor. No hand sanitizer in room. I always carry my own,ud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dudc37ud83dudc7b
