Red Carpet Inn Battleboro, NC

This is a perfect stop for travelers passing through the North Carolina (I-95). It's economical for those on a budget and the staff was friendly. It felt very safe which is important for me as a female who often travels solo. It was clean and comfortable with great wifi which is also a big plus for a lot of people who work on the road.

I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't advise no body else. It didn't feel clean, heat didn't work properly, lamp nob broken,wall outlet half put in, left unused bathroom tissue on roll, I had to Clorox the bathroom for cleanness, DEAD BOLT was broken, the other bed sheet had a big grease spot on it, overall Red carpet inn needs to be close down for proper upgrade.im disgusted and dissatisfied customer.

I see some of the reviews being very negative but I haven’t stayed here since about 2.5 years ago. From where it was then this motel have made an extreme recovery! Room are updated and very nice! Bathrooms is elegant! The price is reasonable and the rooms are a great value for the price! You guys really turned this place around and it looks great!

This place shouldn't call itself a hotel, it was a total disgrace. Heating didn't work and the place looks so old that I'm wondering why it isn't closed down by the Health Department. The combination of a cold room filled with the muskyness was so pungent and discussting that it was impossible to sleep, not to mention feeling things crawling on you in the bed. Hopefully their not bedbugs but we will be taking all precautions was back home and undressing in our garage to treat clothes. This place is also used as a long term welfare hotel with less than desirable people living in there. I will be calling the local HD and reporting our stay hopefully they can shut it down until proper renovations and green light is given by the city's HD.nVery disscusted and dissatisfied Customer.
