Baymont by Wyndham Rocky Mount I-95

Heater didn't work, tub didn't drain for 4 hours. Only 1 person could take a shower the water stayed in the tub for 4 hours. The faucet fell off. Bugs in the bathroom. Covers on bed was dirty. Refrigerator wasn't plugged up so we couldn't use it. But the bed was half way comfortable.nDefinitely would recommend some attention to the property

I believe the management has taken the criticisms seriously, because although a little dated, we found our room clean, new linens and towels, very clean carpet, and new fixtures in the bathroom. The hotel is just off the freeway in a safe area with a Denny’s next door, so perfect to get on your way. They accepted our small dog, and the receptionist was very welcoming. Book it.

It was a dated hotel. The rooms were old fashioned. The bathroom had rust and mold. The toilet seat was burnt and should be replaced. I cleaned the room again.

Very pleasant staff, room was spacious but the best part was the clean, fresh scented room when you walk in. Microwave ans fridge in room. Great job!

We were broke down at the KW dealer up the road!!! We called Baymont afternCalling a few others in area checking in prices!! Thank the Lord a attendant named Ashley answered!! She spoke English fluently!!! She was Very nice and helpful!!! Next day thinking we had to stay one more or + days. Talk to Tina Ashley wasn’t in yet. Another Wonderful lady. Very helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean, beds very comfortable. Refrigerator,microwave,coffee pot, iron board. Plenty of Clean towels n wash cloths. We had a small service dog. Plenty of area to walk the dog, with receptical to put doggie do..nDenny’s,Hardies, And liquor store walking distance. Thank you All for a great stay!! If we get broke down again! Will come back!!!
