Marshall House Inn

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Our room overlooked the river and downtown street. The bed and linens were amazingly comfy and everything was spotless. The hosts were great as well. We enjoyed strolling through the shops in Marshall and taking in views of the French Broad river. It was a lovely weekend. I would highly recommend the Marshall House Inn!.

We stayed in the very spacious Room 3 with great views of downtown Marshall and the French Broad River. Our splendid hosts have a historic home that combines classic character and stylish, contemporary decor. Our bed was very large and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade granola, local coffee, and self-serve snacks and beverages available anytime in the common room. It is a quick walk to several shops and restaurants. My absolute favorite place was the huge covered front porch with very comfortable furniture for lounging and reading. We would love to come back!

We stayed at the Marshall House in early October 2020 for Fall Break. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and hospitality of the owners, John and Kerstin. A very short walk up the hill from the center of town, the massive front porch overlooks downtown and the river. Several local restaurants, pubs and a grocer are all within walking distance. We definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back again! John and Kerstin - thank you!

Such an amazing time here with my gf. We really were able to reconnect in this cozy bed and breakfast. A nice fire in the evening and a wonderfully large porch. The no TV was a positive as well as it was so peaceful. Not far from Asheville either. I highly recommend this place. Great service.
