Americas Best Value Inn Sanford

Quick check in. Microwave and one lamp didn't work, but we Had a great night's sleep. Close to plenty of breakfast options.

I woke up at 3 in the morning being eaten by BEDBUGS. When I brought the problem to the attention of the owner/manager he told me that it was not his problem and would not refund my money nor would he compensate me with another night‘s stay in the room I was transferred to at 4am. The people who run the motel obviously don’t not care about guest satisfaction OR returning business. They don not care about their guests’ health and well-being either. If they cared, then they would take more precautions in keeping away and/or preventing infestations of this sort in their guest rooms. They bugs were in the bed, the pillows, the bed coverings, and the carpet. It was terrible. I took video and photos and it made no difference.nnIf you need a place to sleep for a night in Sanford, NC I DO NOT recommend the Sanford Inn formerly known as/aka America’s Best Value Inn.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay. Immediately after walking inside the room there was a nasty odor. The bed sheets contained holes which made me untrustworthy of laying on the bed. I had a few blankets that I used to cover the bed and the pillows. The restroom did not have any toilet paper which made me think that they did not clean them and the shower was rusty. I stayed here due to an emergency and I will definitely not be staying here again.

Worse place in Sanford to get a room roaches everywhere we had a king size bed with one pillow I tried to log into the WiFi it didn't work when the man can to help he was very rude called a lie to my face when we were done I tried to shut the room door he stopped it and kicked us out SMH

Had roaches and room was dirty.
