Nice place very few towels and washclothes asked for them went to get them and she have to find a few.. advertising pool get there closed the only reason we paid the high rate.. will not recommend to anyone. Place nice and clean tho no complaint on that end.

Highly disappointed. I travel here every 6 weeks or so. My husband booked this room for me as I was driving in the snow to let them know I would be late. I arrive at 4 am after driving for 22 hours with 2 kids and my reservation that had already been paid for was not done correctly before night audit so they had to get it figured out. I stood there for an hour. They finally just decide to put me in a room and sent me to a room that was already taken so I almost walked in people. We asked for a late checkout considering it took about an hour and a half to get us into a room and the most they could do was 1 hour. They didn't try to fix anything. Basically the worst hotel experience ever. So I had an appointment at 8 am. I got about an hour and a half of sleep so now I get to drive 22 hours back home with 2 kids with no sleep because they screwed up and couldn't atleast let me sleep an extra hour or two. Never again will I be staying here on my monthly trips. It doesn't take much to right your wrongs or be a decent human.

Clean rooms, good water pressure in the shower and friendly staff. I like the many pillows on the bed that are shorter but fluffy.

Very nice staff and rooms were clean, had breakfast waiting to pick up in the morning and was great.

This place was disgusting, the carpet in our room was nasty and stained up we didn't take our shoes off. The lamp shades were all broken , the couch was disgusting dusty and stained we did not sit on it. The Bathroom was gross broken tiles, floor not clean needed swept and mopped, no hot water for the shower let the water run for 20 mins never got hot water only like warm. I need my money back Absolutely not worth the $120.00 should have been more like $50.00 Absolutely do not recommend. At all and will never stay again!!nThe only thing this place had going for it was the staff was very welcoming, polite and extremely friendly!!
