This place has 0 organization. I got prescriptions transferred here Wednesday, was told it would be a few hours. Came by the next morning and they hadn’t even filled them. They were still on their fax machine. Called later that day, still hadn’t been filled. Tried calling the next day and was on hold for forever so I gave up. Called today (Sunday) and lone behold, they have still not been filled because they’re not due when I’m overdue on almost all of my medications. Said this and now they will be ready “today” supposedly. Seriously the most frustrating thing. Also the line is absurdly slow.

The pharmacy here is awful. No one knows what they are doing. I had to tell them where my Rx was behind the counter. I will be searching for a place to move my prescriptions and it is honestly very frustrating that they control the Sanford market.

The pharmacy was excellent and my medicine was ready when I needed it and there staff along with the rest of the store was wonderful.

I went in tonight and made a purchase at 6:45pm. No customer service at all. Instead offering assistance The cashier hide behind the cash wrap and watch me search for my product. I google the product that was recommended to me. And look for it myself and when I finally found it the cashier was standing behind the counter eyeballing me. I’m a store manager of 8 yrs in thesame town and I’ve been in retail for 15 yrs I would never shop in this store again. Customer service is just that. You are in the position to help the customers. And the first step in deterring theft is to approach the customer not hide. Train the staff better.
