Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sylva Dillsboro Area

I was here for NYE 2021 for a one night stay. The check in and check out process was pleasant. They hold $150 authorization on the room which I expect to receive $30 in return when we check out.. The room rate was affordable. You get your temperature check as you proceed to the guest service desk and wear mask. The room was nice and clean. I didn't give this a Five stars just because the edges and corners of the rugs could be more focused on. There was some dust and lint that is noticeable. The room have Free cable, microwave, fridge, coffee maker along with coffee necessities. The hotel serves free breakfast which I really enjoyed. The hotel staff continues to keep the floors mopped and place clean.. The hotel is near the BP gas station which also have my favorite, SUBWAY! Great stay and I would do it again!

Beds were comfy, room was clean. HVAC did not work. Only the fan would come on at the lowest speed. Wall unit was completely dead.. The breakfast was just microwaveable food. And the OJ had a horrible taste.

Been such a great time staying here. I came with my moms for a daughter mother get away from Fl and it definitely has been such a great time and the staff is so friendly.. definitely recommend

I am a covid19 relief worker i work all night. When I checked in I let the woman at the front desk know that I needed a quiet room. It was quite until she put kids right next to me. So thank you micrtel inn & suits. You have done me no favor. But with out my team you would not won't to go out.

Pretty views, clean rooms, efficient hvac, small TV, limited breakfast because of COVID-19 and there's no King size beds. Plenty of parking. Great experience.
