Very impressed! Caroline at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable with sanitation practices they are following during this time. And every employee was saw was wearing a mask. Room was very comfortable and clean. We will be back!

I was sitting in the parking lot looking on booking sites so I could get a good deal on a room there. An aggressive older woman named Angela came up to my car and asked if I was staying there. I said no I’m on my phone looking at booking sites for this hotel. As she smoked her cigarette right beside my car when no mask on.....she told me that this was not a public lot and I couldn’t park her.nnI went down the road to the riverfront best western and had a terrific experience with friendly staff.nnThanks Angela ud83dude09

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. The staff makes this hotel shine like a diamond.

Great service, for desk personnel and checkin was perfect. Rooms clean and quiet. Close to Cherokee. Pool and hut tub were great!

This hotel is super clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool was actually semi warm! As WCU parents, we will be spending lots of time with these folks, so we took time to learn a few names and get some food recommendations. We really appreciated the staff making what was a proud but sad trip better for us as we dropped our freshman off. Can't wait to see y'all again.
