I used Banquet/Ball Room for daughter's Baby Shower & it went very well!! Room was very spacious for our Baby Shower guest, had access to patio area as well, restrooms were closely located near Banquet/Ball Room. Huge THANK YOU to Ira L. & Jacob H. for helping make it perfect for my daughter! I'll definitely be using thier accommodations again...
I checked-in with Naomi and she was super friendly... Very refreshing after a long day on the road.(Very uncommon)nnThe room was clean and stocked.nnMy room overlooks the NC mountains.nnCouldn’t be happier. Excellent experience. Great value.
The location is great and easy to find! Walmart is literally across the street and there are multiple food options within walking distance. The check in process was quick and easy. Staff was nice and friendly- the nighttime front desk agent went above and beyond to find me extra makeup remover wipes at 1am and then delivered it to the room.nnThe room was very clean and also spacious. The bed was super soft and comfy. And overall, the entire atmosphere was quiet and we had a beautiful view of the mountains.nnEvery staff person wore a mask and we received complimentary hand sanitizer upon check in. Breakfast consisted of individually wrapped items for grab and go. There was lemon water and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby.nnWe will definitely return if we're in the area again.
My son is getting married here on St. Patrick's Day. The staff and the manager, Jacob, are terrific. Allowed us to decorate the night before the wedding. Fantastic service!
Naomi was incredibly helpful. We arrived Christmas evening a bit out of sorts and she was so kind and comforting assisting us with locating a driver to Charlotte. She showed us what the Holidays are supposed to remind us of... kindness. Thank you Naomi
