Quality Inn

Interior is a little outdated, but from what I understand they'll be renovating soon. Beds were quite soft. My husband hates a firm bed and actually slept quite comfortably. Showers leave a lot to be desired. Bathrooms are small, but it works for just a quick overnight stay. They allow animals which is much needed for us while hiking. We have a GSP mix that loves to go with us. The one thing that makes me give this hotel 5 stars was the customer service. It was outstanding. Front desk was very professional and kind. The general manager, Greg was absolutely wonderful. He spoke with me kids, played a little joke on them that they laughed about for a while afterwards. Was very sweet towards our dog as was one of the ladies working when we checked out. But Greg was just an all out super sweet person. Choice Hotels is quite lucky to have him in their battalion of employees. I would certainly recommend this hotel just because of Greg.

Had a great stay. Rooms are decent. Was told they will be renovating in 4 months. Up until then they still offer smoking rooms so be aware of that if you are not a smoker. It was only about a 17 min ride to down town Cherokee and about 24 min to The Great Smokey National Park visitor center.

Just parked for a minute to use hoogle maps.....couldnt use free wifi.

Excellent staff. This hotel is going to undergo renovations beginning shortly. Not the hotel's fault, our non smoking room had been smoked in. However, hotel was clean. Staff attentive and friendly. Due to covid, free breakfast is a to go bag with a piece of fruit and granola bar. Coffee is available 24 hours.
