Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers-Sapphire Valley

We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton property! Very friendly and helpful staff made it an easy weekend trip. Perhaps some other Hilton properties and features have spoiled us, but some of our room fixtures seemed rather dated and not having the RFID door locks means having to keep up with key cards. I would give this place 4.5 stars based on our experience, and we would gladly stop through again when we return.

Hotel was great. Staff double charged my card after I asked them not to at check out. Was told he would not by staff member and the 1 hour after i leave there it is. Had to call bank and stay on hold for 45 minutes while they removed charge.

The coffee maker in the room had mold in the water compartment. I took it to the front desk and asked to have a new brought to my room. The front desk attendant didn’t speak when I brought it to his attention and they never replaced the coffee maker during our 3 night stay. The room was not throughly cleaned prior to our arrival - there was old socks in between the desk, cabinet and the soap dish had old soap still stuck to it, and the bedside table had a gross residue still on it. Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of customer service.

Amazing service! Had a last minute change to my job and they immediately went to work on getting me a room for a second night. I was stuck with the possibility of sleeping in my car, but they came through. Also very nice hotel.. very clean and well kept.ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Most obnoxious LED-parking lot light ever. Illuminating adjacent properties who want no part in it. Massive light pollution contributor.
