Fairway Forest Resort by Diamond Resorts

If I could give a negative rating I would. The room is very spacious but that's where the positive ends. The place is outdated and falling apart. I was also extremely disappointed that all the amenities were 2 miles away from our room and I was given no warning about this prior to booking. Last but not least the wifi is sub par at best, it randomly goes out and is extremely slow.

The condominiums are quaint and spacious. A little dated but comfortable. They have a nice wood fireplace that adds to the atmosphere. We.have been there 3 times now and love the area!

The resort unit was nice. The unit was clean. The living room furniture needs to be updated, worn. The master shower was not usable. It was not clean and needs to be replaced. The floor was stained and around the frame was mold and grime. Nasty! Overall, unit was nice. Except for master shower I would stay again. Rate 3.5

This place is amazing!!! The living quarters are clean and well kept, and any issues that we did find were resolved immediately. The staff is very informative and quite friendly. They're eager to assist with anything they can and answer whatever questions one may have.

Pros: Very spacious place. I felt like I was at home. It had all the amenities you needed in the kitchen to make a small meal. The wifi was great and didn't give us trouble at all. Streaming videos was a breeze. The place was very clean and well kept. Very pretty area in the mountains which made for a nice weekend getaway.nCons: The walls are a little thin. We could hear our neighbors talking the whole time we were in the livingroom upstairs, and they weren't being loud. We stayed downstairs majority of the time, so it didn't bother us too much. The cell service isn't that great in the area. Make sure you load your Google maps directions while you're connected to wifi before you leave!
