Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

The bar down under had one of the worst bartenders. Started with a good bartender and then this older bigger brunette ( I'm a brunette too this is just a discrimination) took over and ruined the evening. I wish I could have just tipped the other for her good service. Ultimately the food was very over priced and not good. I felt like I was served slop. The front door man was rude and had a horrific frown of his face. I have a professional career, and dress the part, but felt like I was being judged in so demeaning way. I brought friends to enjoy the evening and they to commented verbally the same. I would not recommend eating or staying there. Next time I have a gathering it will not be there.

Rooms were clean house staff pleasant. But food was terrible had a salad w/chicken lettuce wilted soggy mess w/chicken hard as if out for days. Room service staff pleasant food not served in plates on cheap cardboard and plastic utensils. The drink ordered was half empty as spilled as he walked up. So not quality food or served as Marriot Brand expected. Not worth price. I do expect more from Marriot, very disappointed!

Hallways smell fresh, rooms were quiet, customer service was excellent. You do need microwave availability for your guests though, otherwise a great stay.

I have high expectations for hotels. I’m not going to sugarcoat that. This hotel is ok. Is it what I call absolute luxury. Nope. But perfect for staying in for an event at the Koury center. Sure. The staff is amazing as well.

Fantastic beautiful room. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly staff. Safe and secure highly recommend and will definitely return.
