Hampton Inn & Suites Greensboro/Coliseum Area

I enjoyed my stay!! The front desk was excellent. They were very clean and had great Covid procedures in place for breakfast. I will be returning. I was alone and I felt very safe exiting and entering the hotel. I didn't have to drive far to get food.

We stayed at this hotel while my mother was in the hospital here in Greensboro. Our room was clean and so was the whole hotel. I really liked the gym,I rode the bicycle in there and it helped with the anxiety I had. The people at the front desk were so Kind, they gave us a nice card sending their thoughts and prayers with concern for our mother. We found that to be very kind & thoughtful of the hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again. As we stayed here our mother has made great progress in the hospital. Thank God. We're happy she will be coming home soon. We are heading back home in the morning, but we really enjoyed the 4 days & nights we spent at The Hampton Inn. Thanks to Everyone who works here! 12-29-20.

Disgusting. No batteries in remote. Filthy black dust on pillows. Heating unit coated in thick dirt. No wifi. No pack and play I requested. Stained furniture. KING SUITE!! HORRIBLE.

The staff was really friendly and helpful especially Ms. J. The location is great. They served a hot breakfast but you have to get there early because they run out of food. There were a few things that needed to be replaced. I recommend staying there.

If you are Muslim and stay here, avoid the breakfast!! The room was cozy, great feel for the price. The reason why I am only giving 1 star is because during the complimentary breakfast I asked if the omlette had any meat in it, which I presumed it did because the content is visible from the outside. But after asking two staff members, both assured me it had no meat. But after biting into it, I got a chunk of ham in my mouth. As a Muslim American I am highly ashamed to have eaten pork thanks to this establishment's inability to inform their staff of what they are serving. The staff were amazing and friendly but eating pork has made me feel ashamed.
