Super 8 by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum/Conv.

When I arrived at the hotel, there were many people standing outside. I did not know if they were guests, long-term residents, or workers. There was a strong smell of marijuana as well. Around the building looks like it is in disarray or in a constant state of renovation. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was not very friendly either. I would not stay here if it was the last room left in the city.

First of all, the property does not look like the pictures. I was very disappointed after booking online to arrive and see what the property actually looked like. It's as if there is no pride in taking care of the property. The rooms are extremely ran down, the heater in the room didn't work, the room type I purchased wasn't available, and the staff would not change the room nor issue a refund. I did not stay the night and ultimately wasted money. Don't be fooled by the pictures online. It's not a true depiction of what you'll get.

So the hotel itself was ok . the room was decent and spacious. We had to wait in the lobby over an hour to check in. Besides loosjng time we really didnt have to loose... there was people hanging all around in the front begging for stuff... Being someone who didnt know the area i would have freaked out... They are bad for business

Staff was nice, room was very clean. Furniture was beat up but so what. Would've stayed longer, if had a refrigerator...

I'm disgusted with this hotel... ugghh. When I arrived 1st sight it was run down. I was told there were No cause of renovations. I said well how come I wasn't notified the day before? So I could book Else where.. anyway I wasn't charged.. it actually was a blessing that I didn't stay there.. but next Super 8 do your job and notify folks of issues
