Ramada by Wyndham Greensboro

Do not stay here lol. I used to stay pretty often and was charged a fee of $150 for smoking in the room. I called to ask for verification and some sort of clarity of why I was charged this additional fee and they laughed at me over the phone. Would not recommend and will not be returning.nnAlso the room I stayed in most recently had two towels in there for the duration of my stay. The tub was dirty and the room smelled of cigarettes. If you can avoid this place at all cost. The front desk is super unprofessional and not friendly at all. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a stay.

At first I was very happy to be at such a seemingly nice establishment.... However, I soon was rather disappointed after frequently noticing bugs in the room... (And upon closer inspection the bugs were roaches)….. I definitely did not expect to see roaches in a hotel that is generally known to have such a high standard when it comes to cleanliness.... Overall my stay was fine and very comfortable.... Just was extremely unnerving to see so many cockroaches..... (And no I did not leave out any open containers of food or drinks.... They were either properly covered/kept in the refrigerator... And I changed my trash frequently....) The roaches were there from day one.... (Many of them) I would have reported it during my stay there... However, I was there for self isolation/quarantine.... And wasn't sure if that mattered at all with my situation....nOn a more positive note the staff were great and very polite..... I'm honestly not sure that if I would stay here again.... Mainly because of the apparent roach infestation within the establishment....

Walked in and walked right out. Smelt heavily of cigarettes inside the room. Wicked dirty, would not recommend to anyone.

Very clean and comfortable quietnJessica I think her name was maybe Jennifer anyway, this manager is very professional and helpful. Nothing is dropped on her shift. So kudos to Ramada for services rendered in support of a great Greensboro spirit.

They gave us a 1st room that was not good the ptac unit did run well loud noise and in the bath tub had the soap dish hanging off the wall the room smelled like some one was smoking weed in it but the 2nd room was better it had water pressure issue in the sink. It's an older hotel the people that work there are awsome
