Baymont by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum

You'll literally get yelled at for not wearing a mask but they let homeless people chill in the lobby. All of the front desk staff have been extremely nice except for one. I was locked out of my room and literally couldn't even get a word in until I matched her volume level. Meanwhile staff walks around with their masks pulled down all the time. It was almost as if she denied me service due to a power trip rather than being concerned for her health.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was still offered if wanted. The only problem I had there which was no fault of theirs was my license plate was stolen my first night there. When I asked staff does this happen often I was told the hotel down the street is housing the homeless due to the pandemic which causes a lot of people to be walking by so anybody could have stolen my tag. The manager was very apologetic about it. I would and probably will stay again now that I have anti thief fastners on my license plate.

Pretty run down and smelled strongly of marijuana. The hallways are on a strange slant. The hotel is in need of a renovation and a management change.

The staff (especially Melvin) is awesome and very accommodating any thing we needed. I called the front desk & we had it ASAP. Our stay was wonderful.

Revision on the first review from a few days ago. They refunded my money and were extremely nice about it.
