DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Greensboro

We came in after a long road trip. We were not offered water or snack as is the custom. When I asked, I was told there was no water and I could get a cookie. I replied I don’t eat sugar and I asked about another snack. I was told anything else would cost me. No effort to help at all. Worse Hilton I’ve ever been in. Afraid to see what breakfast is like. Usually the double trees are great.

Extremely professional. Amazing personalities. Rooms are 100% clean. Hand sanitizer is everywhere and is the good brand. I have enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was soooooo accommodating to my loud and fun family. Although the room wasn't ready when we arrived we made the most of it and the staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Very pleased with the rooms and location. Would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for the family and the staff was professional and friendly I would go as much as possible thanks for the hospitality five stars

You have a great staff perhaps in time you will pay them 15 dollars a hour and let them know people really appreciate the hard work they do by looking after weary travelers during this pandemic while trying to keep themselves and the guests safe God bless them and keep them in his good graces
